The Starling Village Backpackers team believes in making a difference. This is the way we work and the way we live.

Starling Village backpackers started in November 2005. We started revamping the property and buildings using only recycled building materials and created a special place for travellers to visit and explore.

?This country style hostel is South Africa's favourite backpackers. Superbly situated with easy access to the city, forests and the gorgeous beaches in Plettenberg Bay known as the jewel of the Garden Route, it's a super-organized, friendly, fun and home to many travellers.

Located in the Natural Forest area of Plettenberg bay on a spacious farm you are sure to be able to relax your entire stay. Our entertainment area has everything to keep you entertained from pool table, ping pong, foosball, board games magazines and lots more. Our TV room offers internet, satellite TV and video library.
