The hotel's Flame Tree Restaurant serves modern, inventive Portuguese cuisine, focusing on local ingredients. Meals can be taken on the attractive dining terrace or in the cosy dining room. Half-Board terms are available and represent outstanding value for money. Bar snacks, sandwiches and salads are also served throughout the day.
The Flame Tree Bar and Restaurant is open 24 hours a day. Bar snacks and light meals are available all day long. The Restaurant has an A la carte menu, supplemented with Daily Specials, focusing on more regional cuisine. It is open at lunchtime and between 18:00 and 23:00 in the evening.
