The 3 Chimneys is a historic Victorian villa built in 1900. All rooms spotlessly clean, individually decorated of various sizes to suit businessman/woman & families alike. We are renown for our delicious meals with our special personal touch in beautiful surroundings! Welcome!

We are a small Guest House (sleeps max 19+),newly renovated and beautifully decorated. Owner operated ensuring you of our individual attention at all times.

Our communal areas include a sparkling pool (please use towels provided on stoop). In the dining room there is a fridge & microwave readily available for your use. There are plates, cutlery & condiments. Cold bottled water on-tap too!

Our menu is small but varied using only the freshest and best quality ingredients available. The meals are carefully prepared and served by ourselves. We offer you the ‘peace of mind’ that all your needs are catered for in-house.

The 3 Chimneys Guest House

In a 1900 Victorian villa with pine floors and high ceilings that was once home to a general, this modest guesthouse is an 11-minute walk from shopping at Beaufort Mall. Karoo National Park is 2 km away.

Relaxed rooms with air-conditioning or ceiling fans feature desks, satellite TV, WiFi, and tea and coffeemaking equipment. Some have period features such as fireplaces, others can sleep up to 4 people.

Secure parking is free. Breakfast and dinner are extra, and are served in a formal dining room. There's also a veranda, plus a lounge with a flat-screen TV and a fireplace. Gardens include a courtyard, a pool and a kids' play area.
