he farm Boskloof Swemgat is situated about 10 km from Clanwilliam in the Boskloof Valley, a magnificent unspoiled area, bordering on the Cederberg Wilderness Area. The Jan Dissels river flows through the valley and the farm was named for a favourite river pool or "swemgat".
