Located on a quiet street in the historic town of Franschhoek, this hostel offers private and dormitory type accommodation with mountain views. It features a covered outdoor seating area with an open fire-pit, garden and a bar.

The individually decorated rooms and dormitories at Franschhoek Travellers Lodge are equipped with wooden parquet floors and pastel coloured walls. Each room has a desk and a wardrobe. Some rooms have a private bathroom.

The lodge has a communal fully-equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room and Braai/Barbecue facilities. Restaurants, shops and wineries are located within a 5-minute drive away.

Local activities include cycling and hiking. Mont Rochelle Hiking Trail is a 7-minute drive away and Jonkershoek Nature Reserve is 14 km away. Hugenot Monument is a 4-minute walk away.
