This contemporary, 9-storey hotel is a 7-minute walk from the Wellington City Libraries, an 8-minute walk from the City Gallery Wellington and 1 km from the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa.

The basic, modern rooms feature Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffeemaking facilities; they sleep up to 4 guests. Upgraded rooms include breakfast.
