A 3-minute walk from Sea Point Promenade and the beach, these upscale apartments are 3.4 km from V&A Waterfront.

Casual studio, 1- or 2-bedroom apartments have leather furnishings and colourful fabrics. All come with sofabeds and full kitchens, along with WiFi, satellite TV and DVD players. Some feature furnished patios.

Amenities include an outdoor saltwater pool, a barbecue area, a gym, laundry facilities and secure off-street parking.
