Thandabantu Lodge was open to business in 2007. It is currently a 4 Star, TGCSA graded lodge. The lodge is, a treasure trove to those who require a serene and peaceful gateway from big city life and urban stress. Situated on 43 hectares of African Bushveld, it is renowned for its peace and serenity a place to meet with no distractions from the outside world.
The Lodge comprises of 38 suites overlooking a majestic fountain, the lake and surrounding countryside. The lodge also boasts of a swimming pool next to the braai area and big screen television in the main lounge. There are extensive conference facilities accommodating up to 300 delegates including a bar. Thandabantu also caters for weddings, parties and outside catering functions.

"A farm lodge within the city" Thandabantu Country Lodge is located and situated approximately 10kms from Polokwane city, next to the Show Grounds. It is just about 1 kilometre from the Ultra Shell garage on the main road. The location of the lodge is quite strategic for tourists, business travelers, conferencing, private parties and for outside catering functions.
