Accommodation comprises 12 well-appointed units with their own bathrooms and private entrances. The rooms are serviced on a daily basis. Each comfortable, clean and welcoming room features a flat-screen TV and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Some of the rooms have access to a communal kitchen, lounge and dining area while others have their own kitchenettes.

The property is north-facing ensuring a warm and homely feel. It is within walking distance of the Saldanha Bay Cultural Village and Museum and Walking trails to the vantage points on the Koppie. It is centrally located to be within walking distance to the beach, town, restaurants and pubs and close to public transport on the Elwierda Bus Route.
