Outside there is a balcony with a barbeque facility with beautiful ocean views. The complex has a large swimming pool to be enjoyed. Feel at peace knowing the complex is surrounded by an electric fence and protected by security guards 24/7. There is 1 undercover parking available inside the complex reserved for the Apartment, with plenty visitors parking
