It is 300 m from the Corvin-Negyed M3 Metro Stop and the tram no. 4-6.

An LCD TV, a sofa bed, and a dining area are standard facilities in each apartment. The kitchens are fully equipped and include basic cooking ingredients like salt and pepper. The bathrooms are coming with a hairdryer. Air conditioning is available in some units on request and for surcharge.

A playground for children is also featured in the courtyard of the building.

Numerous restaurants, cafés and bars can be found in the nearest vicinity of the Corvin Plaza, as well as within walking distance. Corvin Sétány Shopping Centre is 400 m away, and the central Váci Street and Vörösmarty Square can be reached in a 20-minute walk. Private parking is possible on site.
