The garden’s centerpiece is a large heated swimming pool surrounded by sundecks and elegant outdoor furniture. Unique features include a home entertainment system, two outside showers, private access to a communal hard tennis court and small pavilion, plus use of an exclusive picnic area with pond and three small wooden summerhouses.
